A strong marketing plan can buffalo the competition.
The marketing plan is also a communication tool which integrates all elements of the marketing mix sales, advertising, sales promotion, public relations, trade shows, etc. into a single comprehensive program for coordinated action at all marketing levels. The plan specifies by product, market and region, who will do what, where, when, and how, to accomplish the company's goals in the most efficient manner. It also keeps YOU on target.
